Debabrata Mukherjee, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Mukherjee joined Finch Paper in 2013 after a 15-year career with P.H. Glatfelter, where he last served as vice president and general manager of specialty papers. Before earning a Master of Science in chemical engineering and a doctorate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, Dr. Mukherjee earned a Bachelor of Technology in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Kharagpur, India. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.
Greg Maio
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Maio joined Finch Paper in 2013. Prior to Finch, Mr. Maio enjoyed a 29-year progressive career with National Envelope, most recently serving as vice president of sales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maio held various positions with National Envelope, including that of regional sales manager. Mr. Maio holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
Tracey Riley
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Riley joined Finch Paper in 2011 and became vice president, human resources in 2013. Prior to Finch, she was the Northeast Regional HR Manager for SCA Tissue from 2000 to 2011. Earlier in her career, Ms. Riley held increasingly responsible human resources positions at Pfizer and Boston Scientific. Ms. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, and a Master in Science in human resource management from The New School in New York City.
Eric Wood
President
Mr. Wood joined Finch Paper in 2014 and held the position of vice president, manufacturing and supply chain until 2022. Prior to Finch, Mr. Wood was vice president of the printing and carbonless paper division at P.H. Glatfelter. Before Glatfelter, Mr. Wood held positions of increasing leadership at UBE Automotive, MISA Metals and AK Steel. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Miami University.
Michael McLarty
Vice President
Mr. McLarty joined Finch in July 2012. Prior to Finch, Mr. McLarty was the Timberlands Manger at Northern Pulp Nova Scotia Corporation. Mr. McLarty also held positions with Buchanan Forest Products, Neenah Paper and Kimberly Clark. Mr. McLarty holds a Bachelor of Science, Forestry, from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario and a Masters of Science, Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida.
DREW GARDNER
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Gardner joined Finch Paper as vice president, operations in July 2023. Prior to Finch, Mr. Gardner was a Senior Associate with Atlas Holdings, joining in 2019. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gardner held positions at Blackstone and General Electric. He holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Energy Engineering and Finance from Penn State University.
